If your order has not yet shipped, you may still be able to change the shipping address. Please log in to your account, visit the "My Orders" section and review your order details to ascertain whether you may still make changes.

In most cases, domestic orders placed before 6 PM ET (Eastern Standard Time) Monday-Thursday will ship that same day. On Fridays, orders must be placed before 11 AM ET. For more information, see our Delivery Times.

Occasionally we may limit quantities due to manufacturer restrictions or to provide fair service to all our customers.

Prices are subject to change, and any new purchases will be based on the current selling price. does not currently offer repairs on new or used items.

In most cases, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We aim to ship exchanges in as short a time as possible - however, despite our best efforts, some shipments can take up to 5 business days to turn around. Also if an item is out of stock, it may take longer.
